Diluted Azerite Tank .cfg needs updating #20

I used a stock 1.25m tank .cfg as a template for the Diluted Azerite tank, leaving it mostly unchanged as placeholders for the expected proper values and text. Well, it wasn't changed for the latest release, LOL
