Is that a Grove connector next to the usb port? #5

Next to the usb port is a beige connector. It appears to be connected to 3v gnd and pins 21 and 22. So suggesting its a i2c connector. As the form factor fits the grove connectors perfectly, you'd think that it was for a grove connector.

But you'd be wrong.

The T7 has 3v, gnd, 22 (scl), 21,(sda), where the grove connector has gnd, 3v, sda, scl. So power is the opposite way around as are the two i2c pins.

So be very careful if you want to plug in an grove connector to this. You could fry something.

It's the same with the T-RGB, but there the pinout is GND, SCL, SDA, 3V3 -- so the power isn't even on the same set of pins. Further confusing matters, the packaged cable has the correct wire colors for a "real" Grove connector (e.g. Red=power, Black=ground), which means they're the wrong colors for the pins they actually connect to (Black=power, Yellow=ground!?).
