TTGO TM 2.4" TFT board not flashing new firmware #8

I am trying to flash new firmware with new WiFi parameters (SSID, password), but IDF and flasher doesn't flash it. With IDF "make flash" appear the message: A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32: Timed out waiting for packet header. I am flashing several boards based under ESP32 without any kind of issue. Why I can't flash TTGO-TM board? Perhaps this board in particular is defective? Or it requires some special procedure to flash it?

Did you connect Pin0 to Gnd (jumper calbe) in the moment it tries to find the board for flashing? This procedure is handled in the board design in other boards.
