What are those things called? I think "Stockades"? what if we had naked or nearly naked, or just with a short dress but nothing else underneath, like NPC's who did a crime put in those things around towns and castles and stuff? It would be kinda naughty!

Would need to script that, but also I would need animations, textures, and resources to be able to do that.

@LilyModzStuff sadly I don't know anyone who can do that, but if I did I would recommend them right away.
