Figure out how to define pricing to run jobs. @Zorlin has the idea of using steps for a job to define effort which can be a good 1:1 to price.

Benchmark known processes. When a new provider comes online, based on their specs, they have to prove process power - every now and then (TBD).

Keep in radar: when finding a match for a deal, there may be several checks to consider an we need to be accurate and explicit about those:

• if the deal is coming from a targeted submission - potentially targeting more than one node, this may be setting a preference for RPs.
• if we want to add a max price attribute to jobs, what is more important? the max price or the order of targeted nodes
