Missing search features

I see a use case where a nurse did not memorise a patient's name and NRIC, but he/she remembers the illness.

As a user, the nurse strategy would be to tag the illness the patient will have.

If the nurse cannot find the patient through the tag, it will be a problem that will waste time.
