Upload / Download All Pipelines #3

Currently pipelines are saved from and restored to the camera one at a time and restoring happens to the currently selected pipeline. For faster camera duplication / replacement add ability to save all pipelines as a .zip and restore from .zip to same pipeline numbers.

What I think could also be helpful is if networking and ip address settings are also saved in this zip file. When updating a limelight it can be very annoying to have to go through the process of setting the team number, restarting, then setting the static ip address, restarting, then having to repeat one of the steps because something didn't save properly. Being able to import all settings as a zip and be done will save a lot of time.
