Obtain info on WDM data groups #20

Aquire documentation on WDM file structure, such as data Groups and data Blocks within a group.

In support of #21, we obtained additional information on WDM file structure, including getting a scan of the WDMProgrammersGuide.pdf, now saved to the repo with commit 762b90c.

Since most of our info is in https://github.com/LimnoTech/HSPsquared/issues/21#issuecomment-779431137 and below, I'll close this issue.
