There should be a feature that allows task name to be renamed as users could accidentally make a mistake in naming it

That's a good suggestion! However our app does not support this feature. It was not in the scope of this app. Faulty tasks can be deleted and re-added with corrections

Feature Flaw: Application does not have editTask feature

Feature Flaw:

Application does not have edit task feature, causing inconvenience for user when they have to edit a certain task. It will require them to delete the task and then add the task. Having an edit task feature will definitely be better in the user's point of view.
