Make a Taskfile.yml with the different tasks used to compile, run, etc

Since the development-related tasks are quite simple, there is no need to make use of this tool (at least for now).

I'll let the issue open just in case of needing it in the future, but the implementation of the functionality will be tracked on the issue #181.
