Added correct length keyword to run_ebtel #3

Turns out I only made one change to your code; I replaced "length" with "length=length" in the header of run_ebtel

Ignore my first comment. I did make other changes to other files, though none of them were major. A few keyword & unit corrections.

Hi Andrew, thanks for these changes. I have a few things I want to change myself here and there, so I'll accept all your changes (which in general look GREAT!) and then will make some adjustments.
