What is the purpose of the change

Release 3.3.0

Brief ChangeLog

Upgrade to asm 9.5
Support JDK17 ZGC Cycles and ZGC Pauses
Support InfluxDB 2.x
Introduce AtomicIntHashCounter to reduce memory footprint
Optimize JVM Thread Metrics collection performance
Fix windows env getConfigFileDir is empty
