I was able to add a student with a GPA of -0.0, despite the description stating only 0.00-5.00

Team's Response

This is a valid bug since technically this would be outside the range of 0.0 - 5.0.

However, I'm assigning it the severity of VeryLow instead because it is purely a cosmetic problem and doesn't affect usage of the app.
