task 24 : why pqn is not as good as spg for mmv problem #27

-- well, well, well, indeed pqn is better, just because for the very first example I tried, problem scale is too small, when the residual get near to 1e-4, spg can decrease it very fast, pqn is normal. What would be the reason?

-- for normal example scale, pqn is better, but not as obvious as for not mmv. What happened here?
