Subtle bug when changing env var inside python code

seems like all the notebooks has this issue

Thank you for the PR! I think I will delete this env, this is probably because colab updating tensorflow and keras to 2.12.0, so the path is not libcudart.so.7 anymore but libcudart.so.11.
