Set arch and subarch vars #8

The following vars set for host groups cb-g0 and chase_erp: mr_provisioner_arch: 'arm64' mr_provisioner_subarch: 'efi'

@danrue @mwasilew @gemagomez the vars are required by https://github.com/Linaro/ansible-role-mr-provisioner/pull/1

In the long term, when we need to test intel's servers, we can add new host group and set different arch and subarch for them.
