Fixed chroot home problem for new sftp setup #19

The home chroot directories (which the users (non jslave)) access when login via sftp cannot be accessed currently (permissions are incompatible with what we're doing). Solution is to chroot them on the parent directory.

What problem? Would be good to add a better commit message, just explaining the problem.
