It looks like many LAVA folks are on vacation, so https://git.lavasoftware.org/lava/pkg/docker-compose/-/merge_requests/24 isn't merged upstream, so I just cherry-pick it here. I follow Kumar's request to have this upgrade done, and I actually would posted it sooner, but wanted to keep a stable base while investigating Erwan's case, https://github.com/Linaro/lite-lava-docker-compose/pull/103, which turned to be a can of worms.

So, I'd like to upgrade now, to make any further fixes on the fresh codebase, and also have a few days in store to react to any issues before going on vacation myself next week.

I did the usual smoke testing (make testjob + few other sample jobs), going to do more testing too.
