Add links to TF-M source repo and build setup instructions, add command to run QEMU via docker image, and otherwise be more explicit/detailed.

With these additional details, confirming that I was able to build a working test binary locally. I also noticed that there was more or less big updates in TF-M repo after the git revision used by @microbuilder (b157dca40d), so would be nice to know why t was chosen (a kind of milestone or more or less randomly), and prospects for updates.

All in all, I should be all set now to prototype a Jenkins job for it.

@microbuilder: Thanks for approval, any comments regarding update to a newer git revision of TF-M? (Ultimately, we'd want to build master is CI).
