LAVA 2020.08 upgrade #113

Upstream cherry-picks + required updates for our branch changes.

I'd like to test it more, but my plan is to merge it this week, while we have "calm" time with Kumar on vacation and no other folks seems to work actively on LAVA (at least no comments/questions/responses).

@erwango: FYI, this in particular removes workaround introduced in https://github.com/Linaro/lite-lava-docker-compose/pull/105, related to https://github.com/Linaro/lite-lava-docker-compose/pull/103/#issuecomment-662309805 .

Ok, I tested this pretty extensively, including that previously applied workarounds are no longer needed. So, merging.
