Update test binary to the one built from today's Zephry tree. The filename has the exact git revision.

Also, update the corresponding job to reference the binary both as the local file and via HTTP URL. The latter is commented out by default, but can be easily uncommented if needed (e.g. to submit to LAVA Lab). The URL itself comes from Github download, so should ensure it's exactly the same binary, and stays available for as long as teh binary itself is in git repo.
