Makefile: Add LAVA_WORKER setting. #119

LAVA worker name changes with 2020.09 upgrade. To reduce upgrade delta (which is already non-trivial) and faciliate review, factor out worker name as a config option ahead of the upgrade.

Hopefully, this is not controversial, so I'd like to merge this soon, while I still test the actual 2020.09 upgrade and debug subtle issues.
