change ser2net to not be a container #25

Update wiki and repo to not recommend/use ser2net in a container. There are race conditions that show up here.

The upstream Docker setup (as shipped by the LAVA project) has ser2net in a container, and we just follow here.

More information would be need to enumerate current ser2net issue, and see how to best address them.

I've recorded some of my gripes with ser2net https://github.com/Linaro/lite-lava-docker-compose/issues/129 . These are data transfer related, so I'm not sure how much those could be related to "race conditions" of running in a container. Maybe they exactly are. #129 invites to discuss specific issues and solutions to them.
