Upgrade to LAVA 2020.02 with https://github.com/Linaro/lite-lava-docker-compose/issues/56 in mind. Tested on the usual set of example jobs.

It occurred to me that @galak is on vacation. So, to not complicate/postpone further works with LAVA 2020.02, let me merge this. We can address #56 later at any time.
