example/zephyr-net-big_http_download-frdm_k64f: Job for big_http_download. #66

This employs pfalcon/linaro-lava-net-test:v2 docket image to run Apache2 web server and use Zephyr's big_http_download sample to download a file from it.

This job runs in a local setup, but there're known issues with running it in production as of now: https://projects.linaro.org/browse/LSS-1282.

As the commit description says, we weren't able to get this run in the LAVA Lab with the lab folks, and there's no good explanation of why. Instead of going into another rabbit hole with remote debugging, I'd like to capture work done on this last test job, and re-prioritize to work on reporting and monitoring for test jobs we already have, and come back to this issue later.
