packagegroups-firmware-*: use linux-firmware-qcom-vpu #632

Follow the OE-Core changes and use linux-firmware-qcom-vpu package instead of the (removed) l-l-qcom-vpu-1.0 and l-f-qcom-vpu-2.0.
