Prepare app for deployment #23

Replace database with production database e.g. RDS Configuration etc. for AWS (or other PaaS) Deploy ASAP; deploy updates and new features as soon as they are ready (like they work and have tests)

Monday 4/16/2018 - Deployed the lmn app with photos and webscrapping logic to Heroku. Successfully deployed, created DB, migrated, ran webscrapper against live web site and loaded approx. 100 shows into database. Added photos to Artist and Venue entries. Added notes to shows.
