The URL given of http://170.140.138.125/view.html is not up apparently, is there an example site anywhere?

@chadcooper My apology for the late reply. Unfortunately, I was not paying AWS for hosting this, thus the old url does not work any more. I emailed my mentor in Emory University, he gave me a link http://camicroscope.org where he puts the current system on. However, I also failed to open the new url. The project is integrated into a health care research project and I'm no longer involved. You may refer to http://confluence.cci.emory.edu:8090/display/IVI/caMicroscope for more details.

For this project, you will need to install the IIPImage server to make it work. Since the Bioinformatics Images are mostly very large(1-2 GB), it will be quite costly to host if the data transfer fee is high. However, it can be quite useful for doctors/patients if enough data have been stored and trained.

I understand. Thanks. I actually got Image Viewer installed locally and working pretty quickly with a tiled tiff. I am looking into using IIP Image and MooViewer as a sort of mapping platform with massive tiled tiffs, and some of your added functionality will come in handy. Nice work.

@chadcooper — I was Shao's mentor for this project. You can check out the viewer and the backend annotation and data management system at http://camicroscope.org
