At least the "unavailable" sound seems a bit louder than others (and is most common since one never knows what is "x-able" and some points simply browses a level trying to activate everything in an everlasting hope it will help them with a puzzle).
Anyway, putting sounds intensity to a common level and maybe balancing it slightly with the volume of music could playout great.
