ORPHAN BLOCK 751 glitch #18

during syncing if it makes it to ORPHAN BLOCK 751 the syncing will get stuck in a loop. I had this happen in Ubuntu running Lindad and just restarted the daemon, which resetted the ORPHAN BLOCK count. there's a guy on the discord channel having problems with this glitch on a Windows wallet.
