Implemented the API gateway:

provide routing to all 3 providers (boat, flight, hotel)
also provide routing to the api docs and swagger-ui of each provider (testing is also possible since CORS has been enabled for the gateway).

Implemented the configuration server:

All 3 providers and the gateway now requests their configurations on startup.

Other changes:

Queries are now case insensitive for char/varchar columns
Enabled matching of partial hotel names in queries
