Ich schreibe Ihnen heute mit dem Ziel, die Anforderung für meine Arbeitslosigkeit zu klären, die am 16. Juli beginnt (letzter offizieller Tag mit meiner derzeitigen Firma, Zalando, ist der 15.07.2020).
Ich habe in den letzten Monaten in meiner schwedischen Heimat gelebt und gearbeitet und seit den neuen Corona-Beschränkungen hatte ich nicht vor, bis Ende Juli nach Berlin zurückzukehren. Selbst nach der Neueinstellung ist es nicht unmöglich, dass ich mich noch zwei Wochen unter Quarantäne stellen muss.
Nachdem ich mit meiner Krankenkasse (TK) gesprochen habe, verstehe ich, dass ich Sie sehr schnell über die Kündigung meines derzeitigen Vertrags informieren muss.
Leider kann ich mich nicht online registrieren (aufgrund eines Absturzes der Website und eines Mangels an "Personalausweis mit Online-Funktion").
Mein Plan war es, eine Pause von der Arbeit zu machen, da ich von zu viel davon deprimiert und müde war, bevor ich versuchte, ein eigenes Geschäft in Berlin zu eröffnen. Diese Pläne sprudeln schon lange in mir.
Nun - ich frage mich, wie wir versuchen können, die Tatsache zu lösen, dass ich erst Ende Juli in Ihre Büros kommen kann (ich habe den 28.07 angefordert, bin aber flexibel) - kann ich mich auf andere Weise für die Arbeitslosigkeit anmelden?
Ich möchte versuchen, dies richtig zu lösen, aber wie Sie wissen, macht Corona alles etwas schwieriger.

ENG. Dear recipient,
I'm writing to you today with the purpose of clarifying the requirement for my unemployment which begins on the 16th of July (last official day with my current company, Zalando, is 15.07.2020).
I have been living and working in my native Sweden for the past months and since the new Corona-restrictions, I was not planning on returning to Berlin until the end of July. Even after retuning, it's not impossible that I have to quarantine for another two weeks.
After speaking to my krankenkasse (TK), I understand that I must inform you very promptly upon the termination of my current contract.
Unfortunately, I am unable to register online (due to crash of website and a lack of "Personalausweis mit online funktion").
My plan was to take a break from work, as I was depressed and fatigued from too much of it, before trying to open up a business of my own in Berlin. Those plans have been bubbling inside me for a long time.
Now - I wonder how we can try to solve the fact that I won't be able to come into your offices until Earliest end of July (I requested 28.07 but am flexible) - can I register for unemployment some other way?
I want to try to solve this correctly, but as you know, Corona is making everything a bit harder.

I should state my unemployment status with the agency for work ASAP.
Wrote an email thus far, stating that I can't return before the end of the month.
