Abdo will do an unpaid intership in stead of working per hour. At the end there may be a stipend for him (holiday bonus?).
Ahmed gave us the update that the Alpha WILL be out before 2021
We agreed that we'll have a Bi-weekly sprint-planning with the devs to do Sprint Planning, retro, checkin etc.
Ramy already requested this from Ahmed; plan is Thursdays at 5.30 PM.

Ramy has reached out to Christelle about supporting with Design tasks both in TR and W4 - asking her is in progress
Data science:
Maher (Ramy's neighbour) is studying data science and might be able to support (or at least discuss ideas) for tracking and analytics of TR. It's up to him to tell us what he wants to learn and work with - if it suits us, we could do half of the tracking (data concepts, naming conventions, strategy in general) and he could do the analytics and requests for data. TR could be his playground/training facility. Let's see.
