Form labels and constraints

• Name : required and unique = "e.g. Zoo de Guyane "
• Description : required = "e.g. Venez découvrir des espèces uniques en Guyane et dans le monde, avec plus de 450 animaux, soit plus de 75 espèces différentes, pour la plupart protégées..."
• Image : required, pattern => max file size 50MB and type file GIF or PNG or JPEG
• Location : required = "e.g. Macouria"
• Link : required, standard protocol format = "e.g https://www.zoodeguyane.com/"
• Button : "Save"

Acceptance criteria

GIVEN any required field left empty

• WHEN I submit the form THEN I get an error message "The value is required" close to each related field

GIVEN any non empty name

• WHEN I input an already existing name THEN I get an error message "This activity is already created" close to the input field

GIVEN compliant inputs

• WHEN I submit the form THEN the activity is created, the form is reseted and I get a success message "The activity is created with success"
