Discipline pages need formatting and design adjustments

Description: On the Web Development Discipline, previous custom HTML and CSS have been removed from the original layout. This page needs adjustment of proximity and layout for the articles. Add descriptions for each of the projects and give more context. More prominent on Desktop but adjustments need to be made for tablet and mobile.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Go to https://lindseygunderson.ca/web-development/
• Scroll to the project section

Expected Results:

• There should be more space/layout between each project with descriptions for each.

Actual Result:

• After removing previous custom HTML and CSS, projects have been reverted to their default display.

Configuration:

The table below indicates which platform the tests did not pass in red.

Resolution:

• Created new UI cards to hold project information instead of using the previous CSS code.
• Resolved issues with custom animations on smaller devices.
