Global footer is moving when inspecting in responsive view #13

Description: On the php e-commerce website, when testing responsive behavior the footer background moves up into the project page.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to https://lindseygunderson.ca/project/php-ecommerce-website/
Scroll to the bottom and to the footer
Right-click and choose inspect
Use responsive option and test desktop to mobile

Expected Results:

Footer should be responsive and stay in its position at the bottom of each page.

Actual Result:

footer text stays in position but the background moves up into the project page.

Configuration:

The table below indicates which platform the tests did not pass in red.

Resolution:

Adjusted footer position settings
Relative positioning was causing the div to move.
