Homepage slider cards links are increasing size #15

Description: On the Homepage, the slider project card links are changing the size of the entire card on the slider.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to https://lindseygunderson.ca
Scroll down to the homepage slider
Hover over the “View Project” text link
Card size increases as well as the link text size.

Expected Results:

Link Hover colour will change and indicate a clickable link.

Actual Result:

Font size is increasing instead of changing on hover state with colour.

Configuration:

The table below indicates which platform the tests did not pass in red.
