Create an end-to-end tutorial for pipeline building #847

Summary

To convey the value of LineaPy's pipeline support, we want to have a more comprehensive end-to-end tutorial on the topic, with more relatable examples that can intrigue the target audience upfront.

Changes

[x] Create a new notebook tutorial on pipeline building

This PR merge does not update existing bitly link to the pipeline demo notebook (https://bit.ly/3SJewuO) as it is pointing to v0.2.x branch (the motivation for this needs is to be clarified with @lionsardesai). Hence, either of the following should be done:

Update the bitly link to make it point to main
Merge main into v0.2.x branch (or cherry-pick this PR's commits)
