protein longer than 500aa #1

Hi! Thank you for your outstanding work!! i'm just wondering how can i optimize a longer sequence like 1000aa and why it's limited to 500aa now (beam size?). As shown in your paper, the CDS sequence less than 4000bp has an acceptable runtime(less than half an hour).

for a sequence of 2000aa length, it might need greater than 250GB MEM, and takes about 120 ~180 mins(depend on the power of cpu), and i could not find any way to run it using multiple cores.. that's all i need now..
