in App it says [INDEX] and REASON, suggesting index is optional and REASON is not (if we follow the userguide)

In the UserGuide the formatting is kinda different. A more consistent format should be used

Justification for low: The correct input parameters are provided in the UG, it is simply not updated in the UI of the app. Users are also unlikely to face this issue if they follow the UG accordingly, as they are expected to read the UG before trying to run commands in the app.
