scroll panel is difficulty to move the view for a large alignment or tree #214

If alignments or trees are too large, the scroll panel may have difficulty to move the view by scrolling bars. Add checkbox to show them or not.

Alexei has implemented the right-click mouse event in AlignmentViewer to show the tree, or not to show. So may fix the slow response of scrolling.
