can you do a test for me ? change the file with the folloewing skeleton-auto.css.txt

remove the txt from the end

I have an update, maybe something is wrong with my instance? Whenever I try uploading the new zip file with the changes it just constantly loads unless I compress the subfolder of stargazer-v1.9/stargazer-1.9. The theme is not shown in the theme picker, however it is shown in themes that can be deleted, which is the only way to fix this issue.
