Replaced feather with bcolz (Fixed) #48

The previous one dropped the indexes out of dataframe, which caused a few problems in use, but was still able to pass tests.

Lol, bcolz requires blaze which requires hdf5 which we got rid of because it was too difficult to manage. The humanity.

Well blaze isn't technically required but I have it in there for a plan I have that I will tell you about to day, and it doesn't need the proprietary backend since we aren't actually using it 😛
