Proposal for Issue #21 #22

This PR addresses #21 by making the following main contributions:

specific objects that encapsulate all information contains in some LDF request
separate classes for parsing HTTP requests into such LDF request objects

Note that have another PR in the pipeline (not directly related to #21) that depends on this one being merged.
