This PR will add support for Swift 4.1 and XCode 9.3

Removed weak protocol properties:
- Using weak in a protocol declaration triggers warnings.
Changed flapMap to compactMap
Migrated xcode project setting to 9.3
Updated xcode version to 9.3 for travis
Used the iphonesimulator11.3 in build.sh
