Find a student by ID needs to exact #7

In certain scenarios, the the TA may only have the last 4 digits of the Student_ID like for the example we submitted in the format of Axxx2000Y. Thus, find only by the exact student ID can be too restrictive and very hard to type for the user. Hence, i think the search functionality for find by Student_ID can be optimised to also check the last 4 digits of the student ID to include cases where the TA may not have the full ID of the student.
