Description Create a reusable Dialog component that can be used across the application, specifically to enhance the existing DeleteDialog and RenameDialog components.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Identify reusable logic in DeleteDialog and RenameDialog components and implement the Dialog component with common functionality
• Create Dialog.module.css for styles
• Refactor DeleteDialog and RenameDialog components to use the Dialog component
• Update all references in the application
