Implement UIs for Cookie Preferences, Security, Legal, and Privacy Pages

1. Design a simple, consistent layout template for these pages
2. Implement the following pages:
   • Cookie Preferences
   • Security Information
   • Legal Notices
   • Privacy Policy (copy from landing page repo)
3. Copy the existing privacy policy content from the landing page repository and adapt it for the core application if necessary
4. Ensure all pages are accessible from the footer
5. Add placeholder content for pages where final content is not yet available (except for Privacy Policy)
6. Ensure responsive design for all new pages

Acceptance Criteria:

• All footer links in the application lead to a corresponding UI page
• Pages have a consistent look and feel with the rest of the application
• Privacy Policy content is copied from the landing page repo and adapted if needed
• Placeholder content is in place for pages where final content is not yet available
• Pages are accessible and display correctly on various device sizes
• Routing is correctly implemented for all new pages
• All relevant links in the application are updated to point to the new pages
