Core SDK is getting regular updates whereas Framework SDK hasn't been touched for a year #21

Basically as the title says. The core SDK has been updated loads recently, but the normal non-core SDK hasn't been touched in just over a year. What's going on? Has it been discontinued? Because if so maybe the Readme.md should be updated to reflect that.
