Provide a fine-grained alternative to TestCoverage that can be used in the TestRunner or in smalltalkCI
To keep the performance high, do not simulate all tests but only the method in question. When full coverage of a method is reached, uninstall the method wrapper automatically. Do not simulate nested method activations via #54.
